After using A&C Home Modification I can never use anyone else. This was my first flip property and Christian and the team made this process as smooth as possible. I currently line in Atlanta and a flip opportunity came across my plate in Connecticut that I couldn’t resist. So I jumped on it and the team at A&C has been exceptional with pics, videos and communication. They’re also still on schedule for a 2 month renovation even after a few unexpected surprises that was brought to my attention immediately and we were able to jump on it before they became major issues.
